Vitamin B12 aids in the formation of red blood cells and is critical for brain and nervous system function. This active form is reliably absorbed and utilized by the body. High-potency tablet with natural sweeteners supplies 5 mg (5,000 mcg) of B12. Tablets may be dissolved in the mouth or swallowed whole.

One tablet contains: Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 5 mg.

Other ingredients: Xylitol, mannitol, silicon dioxide, vegetable stearine, L-leucine, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, natural cherry flavor, citric acid, and magnesium stearate.

This product is free of the following common allergens: milk/casein, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat/gluten, yeast, and soybeans. Contains no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
