WHY ISN'T THE WHEY FROM GRASS-FED COWS?
In creating whey isolate, all the fat and almost all the carbohydrate is removed. The major health benefits of grass-fed whey compared to standard whey are found in whey concentrate as it contains more fat.

When it comes to whey isolate, there is no nutritional difference between whey isolate from a grass-fed cow versus non-grass-fed, but there is a pretty significant difference in the price of the whey. Therefore, we decided to use a non-grass fed whey isolate from dairy cows not treated with hormones.
