Why these natural ingredients?
As fish oil research has matured, evidence has emerged supporting the value of unique formulations of EPA and DHA for specific supplementation. While efficacious EPA/DHA combination formulas remain the backbone of any fish oil regimen, fish oils like the new Orthomega Select DHA follow current research trends.

DHA has been used in clinical trials to support normal cardiovascular and cognitive function. DHA is also a well-known fatty acid in the development of children and can be used as a prenatal supplement by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Orthomega Select DHA enables practitioners to recommend a targeted fish oil supplement.

One soft gel contains: Total Omega's (as Triglycerides) 840 mg, DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) 580 mg, EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) 130 mg, and Omega-3's (additional) 130 mg.

Other ingredients: Highly refined and concentrated Omega-3 Fish Oil (anchovy, sardine, mackerel), capsule shell (gelatin, glycerin, purified water). Proprietary antioxidant blend (consisting of natural tocopherols, rosemary extract, and ascorbyl palmitate).

This product does not contain wheat, gluten, dairy products, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, artificial colors, artificial sweeteners, or preservatives.

Suggested use: 1 soft gel capsule per day or as recommended by your health care professional.
