Gamma E- Gems is one of the 4 tocopherols with vitamin E activity. Vitamin E is known as an excellent antioxidant. Carlson Gamma E- Gems supplies 430 mg of gamma tocopherol in easy-to-swallow soft gels.
One soft gel contains: Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol) 162 IU, Gamma Tocopherol 465 mg, and Delta & Beta Tocopherols 201 mg.
Other Ingredients: Sunflower oil. Soft Gel Shell: Beef gelatin, glycerin, water.
This product is free of corn, milk, salt, sugar, yeast, preservative, wheat, gluten.
Suggested use: Take one soft gel once or twice daily at mealtime.
